v15 не устанавливается

Вообщем решил поставить v15 из debian-8.6.0-amd64-netinst

Установка проходит, но дальше что-то пошло не так

И так на 2х разных виртуалках в разных виртаулизациях (Hyper-V, KVM)

все делаю ровно по инструкции
при том что из образа debian-8.6.0-amd64-netinst-3cx.iso все работает из коробки
