3CXCallHistoryService01 служба остановилась и не запускается.

Остановилась и не перезапускается служба.
Руками пробовал запускается и тут же останавливается.

Вы имеете ввиду этот лог? c:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Logs\CallHistoryService.log? Рекомендую проверить свободное место на диске и сделать chkdsk.
