При попытке позвонить на автосекретаря или очередеде выдает... IVR session sorry
Что могло произойти ?
И голосовая почта пересала работать

Также посмотрите системные ошибки Windows.

Если ничего не поможет - сделайте бэкап системы 3CX , переустановите 3CX, восстановите бэкап.
